Otskhanuri Sapere is known for its deep colour, vibrant acidity, and elegant tannin structure, offering a fresher, more lifted style compared to Saperavi while still delivering complexity and character.

On the nose, expect aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and wild berries, supported by subtle hints of spice, dried herbs, and earth. The palate is full-bodied and lively, with bright acidity, fine tannins, and a clean, savoury finish.

This wine goes through the fermentation process in French oak barrel, where it is aged for 24 months, it acquires wine a deep and elegant aroma as well as a rich and long finish
