Palette: It is full-bodied and has a harmonious, refined taste, with velvety tannins and a long aftertaste
A skin contact Amber Wine utilising the Kisi white grape variety from Georgia. The wine is aged for 4-6 months using the ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method of a clay vessel in the ground, then further aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Iberiuli selection of wines are sourced from a single vineyard utilising the green harvest method, with a lower yield per hectare producing higher quality grapes.
