I was recently at a wedding and this sparkling rose was the wine served. I'd never heard of it and was amazed how good quality it was. I asked the bride where it was from and she pointed me to this website novavino.com.au. I was then shocked when I saw how cheap it was. I was sure it was going to be in $ 75 or so range. It is light, airy and full of flavour but doesn't overwhelm the palate. It's fantastic.
