This vintage is made from 100% Saperavi, Georgia’s iconic native red grape, and undergoes a remarkable dual-aging process:

• 6 months of fermentation and skin contact in traditional qvevri (clay amphorae buried underground), followed by

• 24 months (2 years) of aging in French oak barrels.

This combination of qvevri and oak aging delivers a wine of exceptional depth, complexity, and elegance.
